This Privacy Policy describes how Lua Digital Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit cb2.thedealmaker.io or purchase any Chad Buyers 2.0 product.

2. What we collect

  • Information you provide. Email, name, billing address, phone, payment information (collected and processed by our payment processors, not stored by us), and any free-text you submit through forms or onboarding.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, referrer, IP address, browser, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), and event interactions on the site.
  • Communications. Records of email and message exchanges between you and us.
  • Submitted materials. Sales calls, outbound campaigns, offers, and other materials you submit for review or coaching.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the Services and grant access to purchased tiers.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to inquiries, deliver coaching, review submitted materials, and operate the community.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, access credentials, schedule changes) and the email sequence you opted into.
  • To produce anonymized case studies, internal training materials, and aggregated analytics. Personally identifying information is redacted before any external use.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
